This car was produced in two-seater and four-seater versions while the British company was under the direction of A.C. "Bert" Bertelli. It was in effect an improved version of the company's Le Mans model. Its new engine could produce 73 horsepower, the chassis was somewhat stiffer and the handling was much improved. The distinctive feature of the Mark II was the thermostatically controlled radiator shutter. The folded top was also moved outside the body to give more room for passengers in the four-seater model of which 45 were produced.
