I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent quality of this helmet, and especially the clear and distortion free shield. I was used to using a half helmet, but the wind noise and the need to wear goggles was a downer for me. Also, in cold weather the shield on the new helmet is a huge help from getting my face blasted with cold wind as was the case with the half helmet. One note of warning- get the next size larger as most helmets I've tried seems to fit rather tight. All in all, a great helmet for the price and the service from Helmets Up was excellent.
