Return and Exchange Policy

Shipping Policy

• Most orders placed before 1PM EST will ship same business day.
  
• If the order is unable to be processed and shipped the same day and is listed as "In Stock" the order will be shipped within 24-48 hours from time of order.
  
• All orders placed after 1PM EST on Friday will be shipped Monday or the next business day if a holiday is the next day.
  
• Any orders placed over the phone and paid by check, cash, or money order are not subject to the listed quantity of product at the time of order. It is subject to the listed quantity at the time payment is received.
  
• Customer has 5 business days to report any missing or damaged parts from date of receiving any products.
  
• Shipping Time is calculated in BUSINESS DAYS, and does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and/or FEDEX/UPS/USPS shipping holidays.
  
• All photos, descriptions and content written or described on this site are for informational purposes only and may vary slightly from the products shipped.

Exchange for size and Return Policy

• If you need to return or any products for size exchange, Please contact our offices at 1-260-232-2229 or email at store@helmetsup.com for a return merchandise authorization number (RA#) within 3 Days after you receive the order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can send the merchandise back within 14 days from the date the order left the warehouse.  Below information is need in regards to your return by phone or via email:
  
  a. Your Invoice Number
  
  b. Name and Number of the Product being returned
  
  c. Your Full Name and Contact Information
  
  d. Reason for return
  
  e. Return address
  
• At this time, we do not accept returns and/or exchanges on International orders.
• No returned merchandise will be accepted without a valid return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the packaging box.
  
• All orders will be charged 15% restocking fee for any return made.
  
• Customer need to pay for the shipping charges for the returns and exchange. 
  
• When you ship the helmet or gear back, make sure the helmet or gear must be in the original packing and in the display box and packed in an additional outside shipping carton with adequate packaging. It is best to use the shipping box we shipped you the helmet or gear in if possible. The shield cover must be intact as well as all tags and manufacturer’s warranty material.
  
• Before returning an item, please follow the return instructions below and include a copy of the invoice that was shipped along with the products you are returning. Please note that we are unable to refund or exchange products that have been used and/or display visible signs of use.
  
• When we have received your returned products, we will issue a credit to your credit card equaling the cost of the item. Original shipping charges and shipping costs for returns and exchanges are non-refundable. We are unable to accept Collect on Delivery returns. Therefore, please make sure to check your order for sizing, color and quality before you complete the order process.
  
• In the event that helmetsup ships an incorrect item, however, please email us and we will send you a prepaid shipping label at no charge.
  
• Please note any free merchandise/promotion we offer with our products is expected back in the event you return your purchase for a refund. If we do not receive them back, the product cost will be subtracted from your refund.
  
• Please allow 7 to 10 business days from the time that we receive your returned product for the credit to be issued to your credit card. We will refund the credit as soon as we receive and process your return, however, your Credit Card Company may take as long as 10 days to have the credit appear on your statement.
