    • Q: What is Budget Shipping?
    • A:  We will determine the best way to ship your order and it might take longer for us to process your order.
    • Q: How long does my order take to ship?
    • A:  All normal orders usually ship with in 24 Business Hours after the order is placed. (please allow an extra 24 hours for budget shipping) However, it might take up to 2-9 business days for delivery.
    • Q: Can I ship my order to a different state or address from my billing address?
    • A: Sure, you certainly may ship to any address you wish. Please note if you ship to an alternative address, we may require additional identity verification.
    • Q: How can I check on the status of my order?
    • A: Click on the "My Account" link at the top left corner of the website. Once at the "My Account" page and logged in, you will see all your orders.
    • Q: How can I cancel my order?
    • A: We are unable to modify or cancel your order once the order has been placed. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us.
       
    • Q: Will I be emailed a tracking number once my order ships out?
    • A: Yes, You will get an email with a tracking # once the order has been approved to ship, but please allow up to 48-72 hours for Tracking activity to follow. There will be movement within that time frame. Your tracking information can be viewed from our website.
       
    • Q: Why was I asked to send in address verification?
    • A: Sometimes, when an order is placed with a discrepancy between the billing and the shipping addresses, or with a billing address outside the US, or the order is above a certain value, our ordering system will flag the transaction for manual review. In these circumstances, we request physical documentation of the billing address on the order in question to make sure that the order has been placed by the account holder. At Helmets Up we take your security and privacy very seriously. We hope you understand that when we have to take extra security measures such as this, we do it to protect you as well as Helmes Up.
      Unfortunately, without this documentation, we are unable to complete the processing of your order. If we do not receive the requested documentation within two weeks of your initial order date, your order will automatically be canceled. If you can't provide documentation of the billing address on your order, you will need to cancel your current order and reorder using the proper billing address for your credit card. Once we receive and process your documentation, you should not need to provide it on subsequent orders.
